Reduce
With everything going on in your life, your mind has started to feel like a dilapidated house, filled with clutter, a cracked foundation, and mold in the walls.
It’s been one thing after the other; from broken relationships to a toxic work environment, things feel as if they’re falling apart.
Your mind has become so crowded with all the negative circumstances that you can no longer function properly.
Reuse
I will help you rebuild the foundations of your mind and clean out the clutter. Through coaching and/or counseling, we will organize what’s in your mind, keeping the things that are useful and letting go of the things that no longer serve you.
Using somatic practices, along with EMDR and inner child work, we will address the physical aspects of your experiences as well as the psychological aspects.
Your body stores trauma, but it does not have to be a coffin for your pain. Healing is about finding where energy is blocked in your body and releasing it.
During sessions, you will have the space to release these things so that you can overcome your triggers and recover from your pain.
Recycle
Once you are able to clear away things in your mind that are no longer serving you, we’ll work on forming new and healthy habits. This will allow you to set goals and stick to them.
As you go through coaching and/or counseling, you’ll find yourself reacting differently to situations than you would have in the past.
This metamorphosis can be uncomfortable in the short term but deeply meaningful in the long term. By the end, you’ll have the tools to build the life you want and deserve.
About Myself

We Find the Path by Walking the Steps
I wasn’t always a counselor and coach. This career path only became clear to me once I solidified who I am and what I want.
I bounced around in the service and entertainment industries, practiced mixed martial arts, and got a certificate to teach English as a second language. But I was restless and felt like my purpose, my story, was still out there.
By going to my own counselor and coach, I was able to discover my narrative, regain my power, and start choosing my life instead of passively letting it happen to me.
I’m glad I did, and I’m honored by the people I get to witness taking similar steps in their own lives, with me, during sessions.
Outside of Work
I currently live in West Hollywood, CA, with my two dachshunds, Henry and Luella. Together, the three of us enjoy watching films and loafing, exploring new places, and much more.
Something I pride myself on is my creativity, which includes storytelling, painting, making collages, and writing.
Additionally, I love boxing and challenging myself to learn new skills.
